You will see two terms describing shutters. “Custom shutters” and “Custom made shutters.” A company selling “Custom shutters” may take a pre-built shutter and cut it down to fit your window. This can result in a shutter that does not fit your window correctly. Shutters produces a shutter that is custom made for your window. Every part of the Shutter is measured and specifically made for each individual window. This provides a beautiful finished product for your home. Shutters are manufactured with highly automated equipment. This equipment allows the measurements to be accurate to 1/1,000th of an inch for a perfect fit. This equipment, and our assembly method, allows us to produce shutters in 7 working days or less.
